Youth Group

Senior and Middle School

Welcome to our Youth Group Page!

Saint Charles Borromeo Youth Group is open to any children from ages 9 to 13. We meet every Sunday in the McGivney Center located in the Parish Grounds from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Our Youth Group strives to form the Youth in a well balanced Spiritual and Human life. We based our meetings on respect and desire to learn from one another, as well as a life centered on the Sacrifice of the Mass. We are happy to say that 90% of our Youth Group members attend Sunday Mass here at our Parish.

Our Formation program is based on four principles:

1) Spiritual Formation: We participate actively in the different Sunday celebrations of the Mass here at the Parish and we teach the teens principles of the faith and how to live it on a daily basis. We participate in Parish pilgrimages and devotions.
2) Human Formation: We are part of a diverse community and therefore we help the teens understand the different socio-cultural aspects in their lives. We teach them to respect one another as God's children and to accept each one in the way God has created us to be.
3) Apostolic Formation: We constantly participate in outreach programs such as collecting food for the Food Pantries. Reaching out to the elderly in our community and we also participate in Midnight Runs to the City to help provide food to those in need.
4) Fun Formation: Yes, we are constantly having fun and learning how to have a good and healthy life!
